[Regarding macOS Tahoe](Updated October 16, 2025)
macOS v26 Tahoe is now supported!
We advise against upgrading your macOS at this time as it may cause Live2D products not to function correctly.
Upgrading macOS can also cause you to lose your Cubism Editor license file.
Please make sure to deactivate your Cubism Editor license before upgrading the macOS.

If you import a new PSD in Live2D 5.3 to start a new project, it will default to SDK 5.3 which will use all new 5.3 like blending modes.
However this poses a problem if you intend to create a model for earlier SDK version. All Add/Multiply layers are imported with new 5.3 blending modes set. If you want to export to earlier version, there's no way to automatically revert those layers back to "before 5.3" modes. You have to find and select those layers manually, which is a major inconvenience.
There should be a way to select target SDK before PSD import process, so blending modes would be correctly set to its target version. Or provide a way to automatically find and select those layers with incompatible blending modes.

This just adds more work to revert them manually. PSD import should respect project SDK settings on the top-left corner.
This seems like an oversight that will trip many users who are not familiar with the changes.
