Pinch & Bulge Brush tool
I would really like a "Pinch" and "Bulge" brush tool.
Basically what it would do is pull any vertices within the brush size towards the center (pinch) or push them away from center (bulge), with fall off.
This would be VERY useful for expanding / shrinking areas of a mesh that get too scrunched up a warp (such as line thickness on artwork).
