Got a new PC: Now Live2d Freezes up my whole PC
Hi hi
I recently upgraded my PC, the issue is that whenever i work in live2d my PC randomly freezes up.
i sometimes can still move my mouse around and can play or stop my music, but both my monitors freeze.
(my main monitor is plugged into my Graphics card and the second one to my motherboard)
I already tried:
- Reinstalling Windows
- Reinstalling Live2d (with several versions, all from the official website)
- the pro and non pro version
- different live2d file
- reinstalling my drivers
I also used Live2d on another PC and i have no freezes there, im so confused
(and yes i have looked up this issue, i found one other post in this forum but it didnt help me)

Intel core i5 11400F
Nvidia GTX 1660 super 6GB
16GB DDR4 RAM
Specs of my new PC
AMD Ryzen 7 9700X
Nvidia 5060 TI 16GB
32GB DDR 5 RAM
Someone please help me, i partcially got this new PC just so i can run L2D better and now i have this issueee

Thank you very much for using our product.
First, please try steps 1 to 5 by referring to the following page.

Next, please try the following methods.
① Connect the display to only one graphics card and start the editor.
② Turn off any security software or other resident applications other than the editor and try launching the editor.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please let us know the version of your OS.
Then, please store the model file and log file where the issue occurred in the following data box.
