My file is almost 10x bigger than usual (a little bit over 2GB) and I can’t fix it. I only noticed it when I completed everything and couldn’t export it. I have a semi-finished version that I exported successfully before I finished the model but I don’t have any earlier versions of cmo3 and no backups.
I worked with larger files before and they never got to this point, they were all about 200-300MB at max. I tried everything to reduce the file size, but even when I delete half of the model, it still doesn’t export. (even when the file is lower than 2GB)
I have a feeling that this file is just bugged or corrupted because when I copied everything to a new project and saved that new file it got even bigger. When I copy a couple parts of the model to a new clean file, it already weights 150MB, even if it’s just a few textures which is super weird.
There is only one PSD, all unused textures are deleted. PSD is about 8k by 4k. There are also no errors in the log in Live2D when I save the file, and there are no errors I can find in log txt file while it's exporting. (although it never finished exporting, because it’s just stuck and I have to close the program)

I guess some of the textures got corrupted because I copied them from the old model, as they were supposed to stay the same. These textures were in the atlas, they were also showing in ‘model image’ folder in project tab but they were missing in ‘source image’ folder.
So, when I exported PSD file from the cmo3 they weren’t there.
I had to prepare a new PSD file with all these textures, upload it to this file and manually replace the old artmeshes that were previously copied. After that I made a new texture atlas and copied everything to a clean new project and it finally exported.
File is still huge (1.6gb) which I still don’t understand but it works now!
