Live2D Editor doesn't open.
I tried every step from https://help.live2d.com/en/cubismeditor/cubism-does-not-start-win/, but it still doesn't open.
It only shows the main loading screen, I mean, sometimes, but the program doesn't want to open. I downloaded it yesterday, so the version is up to date.

Please check the following two things.
1) Does this problem occur in previous versions of the product?
(ii) Try starting Cubism Editor with any resident software, such as security software, stopped.
If this does not solve the problem, please store a video recording of the situation in which the problem occurs in the data box below.
