Animation looks VERY different once its in Vtube Studio - completely missing layers & extra movement

So I've tried everything to fix this but i don't know whats happening. I made an animation file but it looks significantly different once i play it in vtube studio. and I have two instances of this. One where a parameter is completely invisible in vtube studio and one where the animation makes an extra motion that isn't see in the editor. I've checked the Texture map to make sure the textures were there, I've simplified the animation to see if the parameter would just show at all (it didn't) and i've updated live2d and redid the animations from scratch. same problem. This isn't even a large model file where a lot of things can be conflicting with the animation. its a super simple rig with like 15 parameters and like 10 items. at this point it just looks like a complete bug. I'd greatly appreciate some help as I am about to pull my hair out.

  • If you are animating physics parameters (any parameters that is the output on the physics section) the physics take priority over it, even if on the editor everything looks okay, so probably that is happening? (also check if you exported the latest version of your animation... it have happened to me D: )
