[5.2 BUG] Error when pasting the form of multiple Warp Deformers & backwards compatibility issue

When copying and pasting the Form of multiple Warp Deformers it does not apply and gives the error:
"[ERROR] num of points is not same"

Notes:
~ The error has been replicated by a few users. I'm not sure if it's under certain circumstances?
~ Pasting the form of one warp is okay
~ Pasting the form of multiple art meshes seems to work all good.

As I normally use this feature I tried going back to 5.1. However, due to the new Warp Deformer shape system it seems to cause issues for any Warps with this data. The Beziers are not visible and the input box is not editable in 5.1.

  • I'm also experiencing the same problem in 5.2 with the same error "[ERROR] num of points is not same"

Here's a demo video in 5.2 showing the issue.
    https://youtu.be/7zl5CujbIrs?si=Mnp_LPajlMAjFSyQ

Here's another demo video in 5.1 without any issues.

    ________________________________________________________________________

In the 5.2 demo, I tried copy-pasting the form of multiple deformers to a regular parameter and blendshape parameter

    - Copy-pasting forms while all deformers are in the [ROOT] doesn't work and causes the "[ERROR] num of points is not same" messsage

    - Copy-pasting forms while there's 1 parent Warp deformer and multiple children deformers inside of it only works for the parent warp deformer and causes the "[ERROR] num of points is not same" messsage

    - Copy-pasting forms while all the deformers are completely nested fully works and does not show the message

    - Copy-pasting forms while there's 1 parent Rotation deformer and multiple children deformer inside of it only works for the parent rotation deformers and some children warp deformers and causes the "[ERROR] num of points is not same" messsage [I wasn't able to show this in the video as I was only able to test it as of writing this]

While copy-pasting forms of multiple deformers don't work, doing it one by one works but it's hard to do that unfortunately especially when handling a project file with hundreds of deformers to copy-paste.

In the 5.1 demo, I tried to replicate what I did in the 5.2 demo and showed no issues at all. However, the issues regarding the bezier handles and input box is present as well when loading the 5.2 file to 5.1.

I hope this gets resolved soon.
