我在我的win11笔记本和macbook笔记本同时激活了软件，但是在昨天开始macbook提示1，-153,无奈之下我清除了macbook的所有缓存与文件记录，重新安装软件后提示1005上限问题，导致我现在只能用42天的免费版，但是我是3年订阅的用户，我已经发送了邮件，但是没有得到回复，请联系我，事关我的工作，非常感谢
