Cannot update my .cmo3 file with a new .psd file
When following this exact tutorial: https://docs.live2d.com/en/cubism-editor-manual/psd-re-import/#
I just get stuck on an endless loading screen trying to import the .psd - specifically its stuck loading "Creating Model Data"
Using the exact same two files it is possible for my friend to import the missing Layers with no problem.
This has been an issue ever since I first downloaded Live2D

OS & Version: Windows 10
PC Model: custom build
Video card: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1660 OC 6G
CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-10700F
RAM: 16GB
Illustration Software used: Clip Studio Paint

I received it without any problem.
I was able to load PSD files without any problems in my environment.
First, please try deleting the Cubism Editor configuration file to see if that solves the problem.
Please follow the method in "Step 4" on this page.
