Mesh Edit Ignoring Defined Boundaries

The mesh isn't generating where the lines are drawn, but instead connecting randomly when points are far apart

    @TheArtGun

    Thank you for your continued use of our product.

    Thank you very much for your request.
    Sorry, I didn't quite understand your request.

    Do you mean that you want to ignore the light blue line and freely connect vertices to vertices?
    (But you are an advanced user, so you already know that this is possible...)

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but in order to properly share your request with our development team, please provide us with a few more details.
    Best regards!

    @Enoko(Staff)

    In this case, I have linked the Vertices manually (red dotted lines) but the blue lines still generate from the defined vertices and cross the boundaries I made (circled in white) - I don't know of any tool to make stronger boundaries than this manual connection, I might lack knowledge here if there's already a way!

    It's reproduceable with objects that have really long distances between vertices (the original image is a squashed object but the natural position is very tall) Here's a random mesh I made to recreate the issue-

    The blue lines seem to want to generate between closer vertices even if there are defined edges that should prevent them from forming in those places

    Let me know if this helps!

    Thank you for your reply.

    I have shared your request with our development team in the form of "Please improve the accuracy of the light blue line so that it connects closer vertices instead of farther vertices."
    We will keep this in mind for future development.

    Thank you!
