Live2D closes as soon as it opens.

Live2D editor was working fine a few days ago but suddenly it started closing as soon as it booted up.
The splash page shows then the program opens then the prompt for the trial version shows up then a message from live 2D shows up, then the program abruptly closes.
I've tried restarting, reinstalling, and installing previous versions.
