Live2D Cubism isn't opening
I've recently gotten a new laptop, and have been running into many problems when it comes to Live2D Cubism. I had it downloaded on Windows 11 but it did not open, so I downgraded to Windows 10 and redownloaded it, but it still does not open when I click on it, any tips?
