[Regarding macOS Tahoe](Updated September 18, 2025)
We cannot guarantee the compatibility of the current releases of Live2D Cubism Editor and Cubism SDK with macOS Tahoe.
We advise against upgrading your macOS at this time as it may cause Live2D products not to function correctly.
Upgrading macOS can also cause you to lose your Cubism Editor license file.
Please make sure to deactivate your Cubism Editor license before upgrading the macOS.

Hello
My friend designed a model for me via cubism and sent me the file to view and test. Unfortunately, it is not appearing on cubism viewer 4.0 or any other earlier versions I have downloaded. I have tried to redownload after uninstalling but to no avail. When I click on the files, it will load but nothing will show up.
Attached are the files that I was sent and the processes I went through. Apologies for the abundance of screenshots but a video would not load on here:

There is no texture data in the folder you have.
To open a model in the Viewer, you will need at least the texture file, the moc3 file, and the model3.json file.
