[Regarding macOS Tahoe](Updated October 16, 2025)

macOS v26 Tahoe is now supported!
We advise against upgrading your macOS at this time as it may cause Live2D products not to function correctly.
Upgrading macOS can also cause you to lose your Cubism Editor license file.
Please make sure to deactivate your Cubism Editor license before upgrading the macOS.

.PSD file not showing

(Is on Cubism 2 since Cubism 3 doesn't seem to work for me)

Hi, so, when I import the PSD file to the editor, the panel which shows all the parts still appears, and all the layers and stuffs and shown on the side. But, the character doesn't show on the main screen. (The layers are shown in the layer part, I can still move the parts, but the full character is blank)

Please help me

    Thank you for your interest in our product.


    When you press OK on the import screen, it will appear on the canvas.

    We recommend that you use the latest version, which has better support.

    I have a problem. When I drag my psd file on live2d it loads and panels pop up but my layers, canvas and character aren't there

    I don't know what I did wrong please help

    I do have ab old pc tho
