how to set lip-sync

Maybe I need to set the steps of the lip-sync set in more detail. I don't understand the official documentation.

    when i select "Apply lip-sync frome audio file",it will show " Settings in Modeler are required for using functions such as "Auto-blink" and "Lip-sync".Please check out details at「Manual」."
