The currently released Live2D Cubism SDK is not guaranteed to work with macOS Ventura.
Please refrain from upgrading the macOS as they may not work properly.
The Cubism Editor license file may be lost after the macOS upgrade.
Please make sure to deactivate the Cubism Editor license before upgrading the macOS.

I just wanted to ask about the Declaration of Content. I was confused about two things.
Title of Derivative Work *
You need to specify the final title you intend to publish under this exemption program. Without the final title, you will not be qualified.
and
Description of Derivative Work *
Please describe your Derivative Work you intend to publish.
What if I'm making a free game and I wanted to see if I can implement it in a game engine? What should I post in those fields?

I'm not sure what you meant by "implement it in a game engine", but make sure it does not breach the SDK License Agreement.

Neither modification/reverse-engineering of SDK nor developing Extendable Application is allowed.
If it's not allowed that's okay, I'll export frame by frame then
