The currently released Live2D Cubism SDK is not guaranteed to work with macOS Ventura.
Please refrain from upgrading the macOS as they may not work properly.
The Cubism Editor license file may be lost after the macOS upgrade.
Please make sure to deactivate the Cubism Editor license before upgrading the macOS.

Sample Live2D for LibGDX 1.7+ (Java - Windows/Android/iOS) ?
Hi staff,
I'm tried to use Live2d with libgdx 1.7+, yesterday i'm trying with Android SDK but didn't work because now Libgdx using GL2. Is there any new Example for this or another SDK ?
I see in sdk pages there is java sdk but it is in development and not downloadable yet.

As a result of reading the Android project source of the OpenGL SDK, I think it is difficult to use in libgdx .
You would be better was upgraded to OpenGL ES2.0 the Live2D Android SDK .
If possible , it would be better that you were upgraded Live2D Android SDK to OpenGL ES2.0 .
