could you explain what you mean by "convert"? If you mean treating mtn files as expressions in the SDK, you currently have to go through the viewer. Google-sensei tries to explain the process here. (An English manual translated by hand seems to be in the works, so things should improve on that side).
Yes, I need the .exp files so that I can use it in the SDK. I'm continuing the example that was given to me earlier (this one: http://community.live2d.com/discussion/comment/482/ which requires a ".exp.json" file for the animations)
Here is what the manual says:
And I try it. I have a couple sample motions inside too.
And it doesn't work for me.
Edit: It doesn't work for samples, but it does work for regular .mtn files made from the animator. So, yeah. It works, heh.
